Refund & Return Policy
Due to the nature of our cosmetic products, we cannot accept returns for hygiene reasons. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a resolution.
To qualify for a replacement or refund, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.
Submit a request via elodieanne.beauty@gmail.com with order details and photos of the issue.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
